May 2024 Pack Meeting: Rocket Launch
May 18 @ 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm
-This year’s rocket launch will be 5/18 from 12:00 – 3:00 pm at Horsham Air Base (39 Easton Road, Hatboro, PA 19040.) Don’t forget to bring your rocket! Engines will be provided onsite. You will receive directions at the gate on how to get to the launch location, and you can also get a preview here: https://goo.gl/maps/
-You do not need to stay for the whole event. Depending on how long you stay you’ll be able to launch multiple times (assuming it doesn’t enter the upper atmosphere, in which case, that’s a pretty cool way to lose a rocket).
-For the day of the event we will have water available. We encourage you to bring reusable cups/water bottles, snacks, sunblock and chairs as there is no seating on the runway.
